仲裁指南
凡因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的任何争议，各方当事人均同意提请新乡仲裁委员会按照其仲裁规则进行仲裁。仲裁结果对本合同各当事人均有约束力。
Any dispute arising from or in connection with this contract shall be submitted to Xinxiang Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with its arbitration rules. The arbitration result shall be binding on all parties hereto.
新乡仲裁委员会推荐的示范仲裁条款：
因本合同引起的或与本合同有关的任何争议，合同当事人选择以下第（一）种方式解决争议： 向新乡仲裁委员会申请仲裁； 向有管辖权的人民法院起诉。
In case of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this contract, the parties to the contract shall choose one of the following ways to settle the dispute: Apply to Xinxiang Arbitration Commission for arbitration; Bring a suit in a people's court with jurisdiction.
格式合同中如何选择仲裁：
双方因履行XX合同发生的纠纷，现协商不成，双方自愿将该争议提交新乡仲裁委员会仲裁。
The dispute between the two parties arising from the performance of XX contract cannot be settled through consultation. Both parties voluntarily submit the dispute to Xinxiang Arbitration Commission for arbitration.
